We are excited to launch a new series of monthly music events called "Jazz on the Lane Nights." This will build on the popularity of the Jazz on the Lane summer festival and showcase upcoming folk, jazz and Indy music artists in the beautiful setting of St Barnabas Church. The program will alternate between artists gigs and our famous “Sing-a-Longs.”

An evening of Leonard Cohen, on Friday 14 January from 8 pm - 9:30 pm. The talented singer and pianist, Henry Tozer, will perform a selection of Leonard Cohen’s most iconic hits together with some of his poetry. This will be a soulful start to our Jazz on the Lane Nights series, performed in the radiant candlelit atmosphere of St Barnabas Church. The evening will also feature an audience sing-a-long for Cohen's masterpiece - Hallelujah.

Henry Tozer

"I grew up in deepest Devon playing Chopin and The Beatles, did    my music degree at Robinson College, Cambridge, and then    flirted briefly with composing music for films in New York City.    My passion is sharing the transformational power of music with    people. I have an online audience of people from across the    world (10000 and counting!) for whom I've been performing    online concerts during the lockdown."
