Venue Hire

St Barnabas is a thriving centre for parish and community activity.

You can hire the church space itself for recordings, rehearsals, filming, concerts, community events and more.  The acoustics are very fine, and the organ and grand piano are professional concert hall standard.  Renowned professional ensembles have found this a very suitable space.  Local community groups are equally welcome at community rates.  Please enquire with the office for details.


We have two halls for hire: the Large Hall and the Small Hall. Facilities include:

    • Fully equipped kitchen
    • Disabled access and amenities
    • Baby changing area
    • Spacious foyer
    • Chairs and tables for adults and children
    • Staging units and spotlights (by arrangement)
    • PA system (by arrangement)
    • Projector with surround sound (by arrangement)



You may hire either or both halls (special rates for wedding receptions).

Regular Hall hirers will attract a discount to the published rates

You may hire both halls at a rate of £89.50 per hour (until 6pm) and £104.00 per hour (6pm-11pm)

Daytime: 8.00 am–6.00 pm (Monday–Saturday)

Evening: 6.00 pm–11.00 pm (Monday–Saturday)

Sundays: 1.00 pm–6.00 pm

 

Wedding Receptions

If you’re planning a wedding reception or other large-scale event the cost is £1,564.00   to hire both halls from 9am to 11pm.
